1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how Marina Jirnsum processes the personal data of its Users in a general sense.

6. Modification/deletion of personal data

6.1. The User has the right to access, correct, supplement, delete, move and block his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation.

6.3. Marina Jirnsum will endeavour to respond within 4 weeks to a User’s request to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, move and block personal data relating to the User. This may involve costs for the User. Before complying with a request as referred to in this article, Marina Jirnsum will inform the User of these costs.
6.4 A refusal to comply with the request referred to in Paragraph 1 of this article will be reasoned.
6.5. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an email to Marina Jirnsum.

7. Retention period

7.1. Marina Jirnsum shall retain personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed, unless Marina Jirnsum is required by law to retain personal data longer.

9.1. Marina Jirnsum reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any modification will be announced on this page. Marina Jirnsum therefore advises the User to regularly check this page to see if any changes have been made. The current Privacy Policy was updated on 1 April 2018.

10. Applicable law

10.1 Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Dutch law.

11. Google Analytics

11.1 Marina Jirnsum uses Google Analytics. The IP address of the User is anonymised and no data is shared with Google. Marina Jirnsum has signed a processing agreement with Google. The anonymisation of Google Analytics data means that Marina Jirnsum may place these Analytics cookies without consent. The User is informed of these cookies through a cookie banner that is displayed until acceptance.
