6.3. Marina Jirnsum will endeavour to respond within 4 weeks to a User’s request to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, move and block personal data relating to the User. This may involve costs for the User. Before complying with a request as referred to in this article, Marina Jirnsum will inform the User of these costs.
6.4 A refusal to comply with the request referred to in Paragraph 1 of this article will be reasoned.
6.5. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an email to Marina Jirnsum.

7. Retention period

10. Applicable law

10.1 Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Dutch law.

11. Google Analytics

11.1 Marina Jirnsum uses Google Analytics. The IP address of the User is anonymised and no data is shared with Google. Marina Jirnsum has signed a processing agreement with Google. The anonymisation of Google Analytics data means that Marina Jirnsum may place these Analytics cookies without consent. The User is informed of these cookies through a cookie banner that is displayed until acceptance.
